Our house is located in the village center of Kastelbell Tschars in the Untervinschgau in a quiet location, an ideal holiday destination for families with children in every season. The concept is "living in nature" . Special features include two glass fronts with unrestricted views across the valley that can be opened on both sides in the basement. This makes it possible to create a pleasant climate, even with strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.

The house is located in the middle of the Stelvio Nature Park in the historic village of Stelvio under the Ortler in the immediate vicinity of the two ski and hiking areas of Sulden and Trafoi. The tranquility and the view of the Ortler open the mind. The newly renovated, historic stone house combines the coziness of modern comfort with the simple beauty of an old farmhouse in the upper Vinschgau. Our place is good for couples, families with kids, solo travelers and adventurers.

Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

In the spacious Belvilla there is a comfortable large apartment with plenty of space - which has been stylishly adapted to the classic ambience of the villa. The property with about 2000 m² of green space around the house is surrounded by orchards. The living areas are oriented on the south side, with large windows very bright and flooded with light. Look for absolute peace, a large apartment with separate sleeping options, no other holiday guests and an unforgettable panorama.
