Hermoso piso de 50m2 en la tercera planta sin ascensor de un edificio histórico y protegido. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Recibimos a nuestros huéspedes personalmente, nos encanta dar la bienvenida y dar detalles sobre el piso como sobre la ciudad. Queremos que se sientan como en casa! Estaremos encantados de aconsejarlos y de resolver cualquier imprevisto antes y durante la estadía. Una vez que sean nuestros huéspedes, estaremos disponibles las veces que sea necesario. Situado en el centro histórico de Valencia, a unos metros de la mayoría de los sitios más relevantes y turísticos de la ciudad, como la Plaza de La Virgen (350m), la Plaza de La Reina (210m), la Catedral (200m), La Lonja de la Seda y Mercado Central (200m). Vivirás en el corazón del Valencia, llena de vida y movimiento, podrás disfrutar del encanto de la cuidad, sus calles, sus monumentos y su vida alegre. La magnífica ubicación permite que estemos bien comunicados, todos los transportes pasan por la Plaza de La Reina donde nos llevan por ejemplo a La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes o bien a la playa de Valencia. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad. Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

The Cabañal is a historic neighborhood with many protected houses being old between the sea and the city center. Near the house you can find all kinds of services, supermarket Day 7 minutes walk or Mercadona at 10. Pharmacy 24h and lots of restaurants and bars, but above all a great beach.

El Balcón de las Atarazanas

The apartment is located in the Grao neighborhood, very close to Cabañal. It is a quiet neighborhood, facing a pedestrian street, next to Las Atarazanas. La Malvarrosa Beach is a 10-minute walk away. It has bus stops and metro-tram nearby to access the rest of the city. It is an ideal option to enjoy the beach, without leaving aside the opportunity to visit a city like Valencia. The neighborhood offers the necessary amenities to make a stay pleasant and enjoyable.
