Tastefully and elaborately renovated chalet for exclusive use in a quiet and sunny residential location in the immediate vicinity of the valley station of the Motta-Naluns cable cars and the Trü sports complex. Two south-facing balconies with top panoramic views and an additional large garden (not fenced). The centre of Scuol, the valley station of the cable cars and the train station are within a 10-minute walk. Public, toll-free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20.- per week) steps from the house. Ground floor: In 2014 renovated and newly furnished living room with beautiful veranda with exit to the spacious garden patio with table tennis table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings with blazing flame atmospheric campfire ambience and is ideally suited to cook your grilled goods. Beautiful - newly created in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate toilet/lavabo. Upper floor : In 2015 newly furnished bedroom (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). Aktivum Montafon - a fantastic view!

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. We look forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and are available to all guests with advice and assistance in planning and implementing tours!

Self-catering house for 10 - 30 people, only 1 group at a time

Self-catering house 10 to 30 people close to the center of the castle, close to the supermarket, bus stop, at the ski resort, nearby cable cars (bike trails). Great view of mountains. Every room with sink. Rental to only 1 group, in winter from 10 people, in summer on request also below. Large kitchen with dishwasher and usual equipment, dining room, lounge with fireplace, various balconies, ample parking behind the house. Free wi-fi. Panoramic view of castle, mountains and village.

Welcome to the glass house: a special experience

Our house is located in the village center of Kastelbell Tschars in the Untervinschgau in a quiet location, an ideal holiday destination for families with children in every season. The concept is "living in nature" . Special features include two glass fronts with unrestricted views across the valley that can be opened on both sides in the basement. This makes it possible to create a pleasant climate, even with strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.

It is located in the heart of the Lechtal Nature Park, in the small hamlet of Pfafflar, at an altitude of 1600 m, which is inhabited only in summer. Away from the road leading to the Hahntennjoch pass, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, and relax and hike right from your doorstep!
