It has easy access to a free public parking space (250m away),a bus stop with connection to the most famous beaches of the island (300m).In a distance not more than 10mins walk, you can find the Old Town and the coastal area where restaurants,café & night clubs are.

You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is FLISVOS café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

If you travel without a car, no worries; the closest bus station to the most popular beaches and villages is at 3' on foot. Free parking space at 3' on foot!
