Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Come and recharge your batteries in our cottage in a green setting close to our troglodyte house. We renovated our outbuilding in 2023, to accommodate visitors wishing to discover our region with a rich heritage. Located a few minutes from Amboise, in the heart of the Loire Valley, its many castles and world-renowned vineyards. You can explore our region by car, on foot or by bike. Our cottage is on the "Loire à vélo" route.

It will be the ideal base for discovering Touraine and its treasures (Loire castles, vineyards, bike Loire...) or the Beauval Zoo. You can also treat yourself to a relaxing moment by enjoying the indoor pool and the game room in the troglodyte (billiards, ping pong, foosball, petanque) Great for a family or group vacation.

Semi-troglodyte dwelling, perched on the heights of a small wine village, the house stays cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to the fireplace and heating. Its location is ideal for discovering the beauties of the Loire Valley (castles, vineyards and other sights).

Nestled in its fully enclosed 400 m2 green garden, the semi-troglodyte cottage (85 m2) "Les p'tits balcons", awaits you for a very pleasant stay in the Loire Valley. Ideally located (5 km from Amboise, 18 km from Chenonceau, 25 km from Tours), it will allow you to visit many castles of the Loire and many other places of high renown (Clos Lucé, Beauval Zoo or the majestic Château de Chambord).
