Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nea Karvali

This is my second long-term stay in this apartment. It was great to have the lockbox at the front entry of the building to get the key. Sometimes communication was delayed but we eventually got things figured out. I appreciated the housekeeping done mid-stay, as I could focus on my purpose of being in Serres instead of spending time cleaning.

The appartment is brand new and well equipped with beautiful view towards the sea visible from the second floor. Very friendly host. The place is run by a family, so everything is arranged with care. For instance, the place was cleaned every second day with change of towels and bed sheets, which we found very helpful as we travelled with 2 small kids. The place is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is wild/ usually empty and overall the location is perfect if you want to have a bit remote stay. The beach is maybe not the best for kids who cannot yet swim, however, it has its own charm. In close proximity we found also more shallow sandy beaches as well as small cosy villages which were nice to visit.

i can say that vasilis and his family are very nice and kind people, their houses are perfect for me. If I have a holiday again, I can be their guests without thinking. I can recommend it to everyone. You can go with peace of mind.

Great apartment. Very clean and tidy. Close to shops and restaurants. Took 15 min to walk to the beach with kids, so adults could get there faster😊the only stressful thing was driving and finding parking spaces in kavala. But that’s not our hosts problem at all.

In the center of Serres exactly! Everything is close by and no vehicle is needed. The house is as shown ! Andreas was friendly and helpful 😀

Very nice spacious apmt with an amazing view and a large backyard. Even though I visited in November, it was sunny and very cozy. Will definitely visit again!

The accommodation and the location are great. Clean and authentic place with a unique sea view. The house is located in the old town. Georgia is a very nice host and I highly recommend it! 😍😍😍

The house was clean and lovely . It had a cute and safe garden. The house had all the essentials that would be needed. The bakery, market, pharmacy, sandy and reataurants were within walking distance of the house. The location of the house was quite good. The treats offered when checking in and checking out were very nice. They provided a cleaning service in between. They provide treats at that time. They were with us when we needed them. We have very good advice on local places to visit. Thank you for your kindness.

Very private and great space for children, great outdoor space and garden. Not a lot of options for shopping or dining out but very peaceful and not crowded. Great for families.

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

Stavros was extremely welcoming and helpful with everything. He sent us instructions a week before we arrived with all the information we needed about the house and the island of Thassos. We ran out of water, but Stavros was very prompt and immediately sent people to fix the problem. The house was very cozy and clean. Our whole stay was wonderful, especially with the veranda in front of the house where you can look at the sea at any time. I gladly recommend staying in this house.

The house is newly updated and has everything you need! Great terrace and backyard for pets! The beach is walking distance and the neighborhood is generally quiet. You can hear the highway a little when outside, but inside is all good as they have installed new quality windows. Overall great place! Will come back!

We stayed at Villa at the end of June. Loved it!We were pleasantly surprised when we saw a vase of fruit and various delicious things in the kitchen on the table, it was immediately clear that we were waiting for us! All photos of the villa are true. The hall is large, the kitchen has all the amenities to cook,towels and linens are snow-white,the beds are comfortable, each room has air conditioning, the bathroom has a washing machine, full toiletries,hot and cold water goes without interruption, there is wifi throughout. The villa is a two-story house consisting of 2 apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor. The yard adjacent to the apartments is also divided into two parts: each part has its own recreation area and a grill, where you can cook delicious fish. The villa is located on a quiet street 100 meters from a sandy beach with a good entrance to the sea. The car can be parked near the house,where you will not disturb anyone. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! We will definitely be back.

A suitable place for crowded families in Kavala was given information about the home and environment with a host. I recommend that the house meets all the needs of crowded families.

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Grigoris is a very personable host, although we did not meet, he gave a feeling of acquaintance and not of a stranger... the property is stylish and meticulous, new and sparkling clean.. most compact and functional... The private parking in a new and modern building contributes to an outstanding hospitality experience... and above all updated with all the details that every tourist would like to know , whether on the topic of tourism in the city and if on the culinary and entertainment topic I highly recommend and with great respect Rabatuda

Cynthia is a great hostess. Great communication and always there to help. The studio is super clean and spacious. The spot is located on the hill of Kavala and offers great view. The only thing that was weird was the smell of the heating system on the day we arrived. Not so disturbing but it was present. I would totally recommend this place!

The home was very beautiful and clean and the owner very friendly and communicative I will definitely prefer it again!!
