Villa holiday rentals in Nea Makri

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

The place was amazing ! We had a blast. Communication was excellent and the hosts were fantastic. We spent the weekend in the house and we had all the necessities to enjoy our time there

There are hardly words to describe our experience here. Dimitri’s was such a welcoming host! He catered to our early check in, offered us recommendations for our retreat, checked in regularly about our experience. He recommended Niko’s, a local chef to serve for us at our experience and it was extraordinary. Local meats and plenty flavours, thoughtful arrangements, and a very kind heart. We thoroughly enjoyed having Niko’s and Anna around during our stay. Finally, you’re close enough to where it matters but far enough removed that you get to have the privacy and seclusion much needed during the busy months. I cannot recommend this home enough. 10/10.

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

What an amazing place! Stunning views from the terrace, great pool area, great outdoor barbecue area for cooking! Charas was so helpful, arranging taxis for us whenever we needed. Would recommend 100%

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

We had the most wonderful time. The villa is so beautiful and spacious. We had all we needed to cook and have a bbq. Lovely fresh linen and towels. The pool was lovely and private. Hammock was a great bonus. Views were beautiful and very easy to find from the airport. Thank you so much Gina

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. It was a successful holiday, gorgeous scenery, also the location is an impressive one both through architecture and location. I thank the host both for the welcome and for the attention given throughout the stay.

The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!

We were at the property over Christmas. Zoe put a lot of effort into it and decorated the apartment for Christmas. He also responded to all inquiries and helped. It is a great apartment with enough space, a short walk to the sea and the small town with shops and restaurants. The airport is a relaxed 20 minutes away and it is about 40 minutes to a conveniently located metro station (Nomismatokopio) to Athens. I could also imagine it being good for the summer.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

We visited from the USA (New Orleans, LA) for my birthday and the stay was fabulous. Squeaky clean accommodations, very responsive host with great local recommendations, very private location. Absolutely wonderful. Only wish it could’ve been a tad warmer to fully enjoy the pool! Clearly not the host’s fault :) Location was great - minutes to Lake Vouliagmeni, where we spent quite some time. Our car was parked on the street, but it was very safe. Would absolutely stay again!

Enjoyed a lovely stay. Villa was perfect for our large family including kids of many ages. Great pool and outdoor space and very easy to navigate. Quite a bit in the area was walkable including local beach and restaurants. Hosts were extremely responsive and proactive in communicating, which was very helpful and reassuring. Location was great for proximity to airport and as a base to explore Athens and surrounding areas.

We were visiting for my son’s wedding at a nearby venue so lots of coming and goings. It was always nice to arrive back at the villa for some peaceful relaxation. The infinity pool and sea view were stunning. The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated with well stocked kitchens (basics). The 10-minute walk down to the beach was completely doable and we loved our quiet little beach. Highly recommend for an extended family rental as it has tons of spaces for spreading out and quality amenities throughout.
