Sunny and cozy apartment in Nea Smirni, a neighborhood half way between the city center and the Athenian seaside. The tram stop is a minute away; hence the public transport network is easily accessed for all your trips. The apartment is modest though comfortable and homely. All the rooms are open to a balcony with a lovely view and plenty of sunlight. There is an airconditioner both in the living room and in the bedroom. In the bedroom there is also a powerful ceiling fan.

Pelopos 10

Just 20 minutes from the center of Athens (Acropolis) by a line (A2) and close to the sea of Faliros, this calm elegant space can become your base for all of Athens. In 9 minutes on foot you are at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, the National Library, the Onassios, the REA, from where you can continue to the Naval Tradition park to Flisvos (40 minutes), a very beautiful route. If you want to go swimming, the A2 bus line will take you directly.

The neighbourhood is very lively, with a huge park, a lot of cafes, restaurants, cinemas, shops and bars. It’s a super safe and charming part of town.
