Die Lage ist toll, du bist 200m vom Deich entfernt und es sind 400m zur Seebrücke und zu Gosch. Für Yoga Fans! Das Kubatzki Hotel liegt 100 m entfernt und das neue Hotel Urban Nature ebenfalls ca. 100 m entfernt.

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for anyone who wants to be on the edge of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow brinker complex" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest balcony available. Parking. How could the day start nicer in summer than with a refreshing dip in the sea ?? From here you can reach the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and shopping facilities in just 2 minutes, as well as the wonderful beach. There is NOT A parking space for your car.
