The apartment building is a new building, nice environment, you have a Tesco, mhd, restaurants, wine shop and party . A short walk away is the museum of the Slovak village - open-air museum, where you can walk and get to know the culture of our ancestors. The center of Martin is just a few minutes by car, you can also walk, or use public transport, which you have a short walk from the apartment. This location has everything you need to stay in Martin.

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.
