Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing the natural surroundings.

This house, located in a hamlet near the heart of the village of Nedde, is surrounded by a beautiful forest. It overlooks a river. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is the starting point for many hikes to do on foot or by bike that will allow you to discover exceptional biodiversity (birds, diurnal and nocturnal raptors, bats,...). Guests can enjoy water activities around the many lakes in the region that looks like a little Canada.

On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
