At the back of our wild garden is this workspace of approx. 25 m², an intimate, serene place with a loft for sleeping and an interior with collected art objects. A place to write, work or relax. At the same time, you are surprisingly centrally located: within 7 minutes you can walk to the bus stop, from where you can reach Strijp-S in 5 minutes and the city centre or Eindhoven Airport in 10 minutes. 't Achterommetje is very spacious and quietly located. Home is practical yet homey. Outside there are two terraces, one in the sun and one in the shade. There is a lot private due to a natural construction of the garden. The ground floor has floor heating, cooking facilities, laundry room and toilet. There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.
