Welcome to my Beautiful Spacious one bed flat with a large living room, where two more people can sleep on the futon provided. If you are in need of the extra bed, please inform me before your stay, there will be an additional charge of £50. The flat is located between Kelham Island and the City Centre with just a 13 minute walk to the Train Station. I have ensured to provide real plants throughout the flat and provide 100% cotton sheets and towels. Enjoy :)

Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens.
