This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

Last minute stay and when I say..it was the best last minute stay, it truly was. Natalie’s home was nice and cozy, it felt like home. Was very nice, super responsive and attentive to our needs and local recommendations! Super sweet and felt like home!

It was an absolutely beautiful home, exceeded my expectations! Very clean and great amenities. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating. It was a very nice and safe community. The people I met at the clubhouse made me feel right at home. If you want to stay in a home away from home, stay here. Way better than any hotel or resort in the area, in my opinion.

Absolute Paradise! I'm completely enamored with this stunning property! The nighttime ambiance in the backyard gazebo, surrounded by twinkling lights, candles, and the soothing sounds of the waves, is pure magic. This property embodies my personal style - glamorous and luxurious. The attention to detail is impressive, with sweet treats, tea, and a well-stocked space that feels like home. Amenities like the washing machine and 24/7 security made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, affordable taxis, and nearby amenities like Chukka. I loved it so much that I checked out and returned three days later! I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious Jamaican getaway.

Nicola is a great host very responsive and the house is amazing the photos doesn’t do it justice. The house keeper, chef, and Fabian the driver were all very kind and helpful .

It was very spacious and clean. The bedrooms were all a nice size as well. The kitchen had brand new appliances and came with lots of dishes /utensils. The space looked like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

First I must say thanks to Mr Vinroy and his co-host Miss Kam! They both went above and beyond our expectations! Everything about this place was top tier, from the communation, to meeting our needs with any little thing, we wanted or asked for, they were there and made it happen for us. I loved this place we felt totally safe due to 24/7 security! the location is really calm and peaceful, and so beautiful day and night! the pools were top tier, we actually did a floating basket 🧺 there it was so beautiful! The place was exactly like the picture no false hope I'm telling you the 100% truth!!!! very well kept and clean, best Airbnb in (Reading MoBay) right now. I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at [Property Name] in Jamaica. While it's located approximately a 40-minute drive from Montego Bay, its tranquil setting more than compensates for the distance. The property's immediate proximity to the beach, coupled with the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood, creates a truly relaxing environment. It's important to note that the area is very quiet and therefore not ideally suited for large gatherings or boisterous celebrations. I highly recommend this location for those seeking a serene and peaceful Jamaican getaway.

Responsive host and was flexible with check in hours due to me having an earlier flight, easy access and haggle free. The area is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit the island 3-5 times yearly. I enjoyed my stay ! Thanks for your hospitality

Our time at the accommodation was wonderful. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and we immediately felt at home. Shortly after booking, we received a lot of useful information from Santana, both about activities and organizational matters. Santana was also always available during our stay to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our time to the fullest and didn't want to return to Germany. We hope to be able to return soon! I highly recommend this beach house for families or close friends. The host is amazing! she made sure everything was all set upon our arrival. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. This picturesque place has a small stream that leads into the sea, which is just breathtaking. The panoramic view of the crystal clear water was spectacular, I snorkelled and kayaked almost everyday. Be sure to apply your sunscreen. There was something for everyone to do from my 75 year old dad to my 3 year old kid. I will most definately be revisting this gem. Thanks! this made my vacation in Jamaica a memorable one, we felt so safe and had so much fun!

Tamika is a wonderful host and probably one of the coolest people I’ve dealt with. Her response time was quite fast, and her instructions were very clear. Her place was absolutely beautiful and I loved every minute of my visit. This house is definitely somewhere you’d want to stay, and we hated it when we had to leave. Clean and beautiful, just as advertised! From the moment you pull up you are greeted by the beauty of the property, it is well manicured. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting the North Coast of Jamaica. Great location, was very close to Montego Bay and Negril. The property manager Aleko was also a joy to work with, he dropped by on the first day to make sure all was well with us. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I will definitely stay with Tamika again on my next trip to Jamaica.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Shelley was very responsive to all our queries. We love the Little Bay Country Club location - secure, lovely pool and private beach. It was very enjoyable.

I had an excellent time at this Airbnb. Leteisha has a wonderful home with a gorgeous front porch where we saw horses and goats. The house has a great kitchen and cold fridge which made for easy cooking. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms had towels and hot water which was perfect after being in the hot Negril sun. Very close drive to main Negril. I will be back again soon!
