Monthly Rentals in Negros Oriental

We had a wonderful stay at this unique airbnb! Finding the place was a bit tricky due to a lack of phone signal, and the shower pressure was soft, but the owner checked on it promptly. There was a brief power interruption, but these minor issues didn’t impact our overall experience. The view and charm of the treehouse and airbnb made it all worthwhile. The location was spacious and featured a huge, incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Being right next to the owner’s restaurant was a major plus, where we enjoyed delicious food and amazing craft beer! The amenities were excellent. They had Wi-Fi, a microwave, fridge, TV, and air, which conditioning made our stay very convenient. The host was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place for a unique getaway!

This place is very near Mabinay Spring Resort – just a few steps away from the resort’s exit gate. There’s also a bunch of sari-sari stores nearby. The place has a pesticide-free vegetable garden, and we were able to harvest and pay for it at a significantly lower price! Place is clean, quiet, and safe. Just make sure to pack your insect repellant lotions/spray as there are a lot of mosquitoes. The host is also very responsive and accommodating. Thanks, Leo!
