The house was built 300 years ago as a rectory. It is in the middle of the historic old town. The apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor with a baroque vault, plus a small kitchen and small bathroom. In the garden behind the house, a sitting area in the greenery can be used. Loading and unloading in front of the house; parking for a fee on the Obermarkt, with parking disc free parking on Lutherplatz or Christoph-Lüders-Str. Internet access recently upgraded and fully functional.

Due to our proximity to the easternmost point of Germany, the Einsiedel Cultural Island and the Neisse, we are the ideal place to stay for families, cyclists, etc. Even if the property is not quite finished from the outside, we have put a lot of effort into the interior design. Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

Close to shopping, restaurants, bars and the historic city center. The bedroom is on the courtyard side, quiet and cool. Bicycles can be safely parked in the enclosed courtyard or in the in-house bicycle cellar.
