Monthly Rentals in Neos Kosmos, Athens

We had a great stay in Nea Smirni. The apartment is clean and you have a great view over the neighborhood from the balcony. The surrounding area is safe and it’s easy to get to the center of Athens by public transport. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need and the host is very friendly.

Great location - 8 min to Neos-Cosmos metro, 5 min to bus stops, and Lidl was just around the corner. Car hire places like Sixt were close too. Lots of authentic, affordable restaurants nearby, much better than the touristy spots near the Acropolis (which is still just a 30 min walk away). The flat is in a building with an older lift, but everything worked well. Windows face the backyard, so it’s nice and quiet at night. Two balconies with awnings help keep it cool, and all windows have insect screens. The host responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Overall, a very comfy and pleasant stay - great for anyone wanting an authentic neighbourhood.

A beautiful place, the most accessible and practical of those I have visited, practically the parking lot was at the door of the apartment, which was accessed in 10 steps. All set and ready to use. The place is spotless. The super quiet area. Nearby fitness parks. Shops and restaurants close at hand. Accessibility and mobility to and from anywhere in Athens. The super friendly and responsive host.
