If you are not in the mood to cook, why not buy deli food from the nearby gourmet food store (Otsuka Station basement) and enjoy having it at home? The bathroom offer you the comfort of a Japanese style deep bath (furo) and shower, and comes with complimentary travel necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer. The restroom is separate from the furo. Your laundry needs are also covered with a washing machine inside the unit, complete with detergent and softener liquid. A clothes iron is also provided. Guests have private and exclusive access to all parts of the apartment unit. You will have unlimited broadband internet, but please don’t turn it off - other units in the building also use it. My house is very clean and comfortable space, also complete with kitchen appliances. Full equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds for up to 6 adults ( One queen bed, one wild double size sofa bed and 2 single beds ). All rooms have air conditioner that can be used in all seasons. Dining table. Nice modern wash-let toilet and a big bathtub in shower room with a powerful shower. You will have the room all for yourself. It is NOT shared unlike many other airbnbs in Shinjuku area.
