Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

Este alojamiento está a 3 minutos a pie de la playa. La Casa Anica es un alojamiento independiente situado en Nerja, cerca del Balcón de Europa. Esta casa cuenta con aire acondicionado con temporizador en todos los dormitorios. Consta de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina, salón, jardín y terraza. Posibilidad de contratar piscina climatizada: 5€/día desde Noviembre a Abril. Normas de la casa: -No hacer ruido a partir de las 0:00 p.m -No entrar más de las personas que hacen la reserva.

House in the center of the village refurbished 100% (in 2019). Close to everything but without noise, five minutes to beach. 2 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. The house has two floors with a large patio that looks at the living room and the bedroom upstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has a double bed, the bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The patio has a shower with hot water.

Villan är perfekt för familjer med barn och stora grupper. Självklart snabbt wi-fi med bra täckning överallt.
