Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Upon arrival, you will be asked for documents for registration. Additional costs are 2.00 euros per person for the tourist tax, only cash. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for disabled people) (It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the garage of the apartment without asking for the additional costs)

This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, pharmacy, two grocery stores and the C10 and C20 bus stop. public parking is in front of the house entrance

Ideale per chi vuole fuggire dai luoghi affollati, in quanto si trova in una zona isolata e con ampia possibilita di effettuare passeggiati nei boschi circostanti e nello stesso tempo, si trova comunque in posizione strategica per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse del lago.

The Midwife House

It’s a 700 yrs old stone house with all conforts. A 2 minutes walk from the famous bridge of Nesso. Close to a grocery, bars, restaurants and the bus stop. It has a private GARAGE 250 meters from the apartment, included in the price. To get to the apartment one must walk down 83 steps. I will be happy to provide good tips about the area.
