Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

Located in the heart of Bellagio this one bedroom apartment with two balconies and lake views will bring you into the charm of a traditional Italian house. It is close to the main local attractions and at your door you will find bars, restaurants, shops and the magic atmosphere of the lake that gave Bellagio the nickname of the Pearl of Lake Como. The apartment is located one hundred meters from the boats departure. In the surroundings the mountains await the cycling and hiking fans.

Casa Bella: The breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom are just divine. Our apartment was recently refurbished, all appliances are new, ensuring our guests satisfaction and memorable holiday. As part of the facility there is a big garden and communal swimming pool overlooking the lake. There's also a secured parking space within the residence. Located in the heart of Nesso, a 20- minute drive to Bellagio and Como Casa Bella is a perfect spot to explore Lake Como.

Rustic surrounded by greenery, close to the river and its beaches, rock for climbing 30m, klettern, 200m Bus to Locarno and Ascona (5km) 10 min WALK from the road on a path. Minimum one adult 27 years old. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.) In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute).

Centro Bellagio - Giglio Apartment

The Giglio apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building and consists of a large living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning, equipped kitchenette, oven, microwave, double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and balcony. Just 400 m from the ferry terminal, 900 m from the Gardens of Villa Melzi and 300 m from Bellagio Pier. The advantageous location offers the possibility to easily walk to the main square, restaurants, bars/cafes and shops.

Casa Francesco3r lake view and parking

Beautiful lake view, free parking space in the garage and private garden, fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the garage. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, you will be asked for documents for registration. Additional costs are 2.00 euros per person for the tourist tax, only cash. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for disabled people) (It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the garage of the apartment without asking for the additional costs)

Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

Calm, silent and reserved apartment in the heart of Pescallo village, looking directly on hamlet itself and Lake Como. Guests are offered complimentary full laundry service. The apartment is 90 sqm at first floor. Available a large green lawn with deck chairs and sun umbrella near the apartment. Free outdoor parking available however upon request an alternative indoor secured parking is available.

The Midwife House

It’s a 700 yrs old stone house with all conforts. A 2 minutes walk from the famous bridge of Nesso. Close to a grocery, bars, restaurants and the bus stop. It has a private GARAGE 250 meters from the apartment, included in the price. To get to the apartment one must walk down 83 steps. I will be happy to provide good tips about the area.
