The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and communal kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

We rent out our beautiful, bright, about 80 sqm upstairs apartment. We use the front door together. The apartment doors must be locked separately. Your four-legged friends (dogs only) are of course also welcome. The apartment is located directly at the Boker Canal. Numerous walks and bike rides can be enjoyed from here.
