Our charming, detached tiny house is quietly located in the backyard of Paderstraße and thus only a few minutes' walk from the cathedral, the Paderquellgebiet and the city centre. With a small garden, high-quality furnishings and plenty of privacy, it is the ideal place for a relaxing stay for two, all in the heart of Paderborn. Please note: The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steeper, so you should be able to walk well. The accommodation is not suitable for children.

The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and communal kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

In our cozy and light-flooded apartment (approx. 76 m²) you can relax and feel comfortable. A stone's throw away are the fish ponds, which invite you to jog, walk and climb. The famous castle park can also be reached in about 15 minutes. Downtown is 10 minutes by car or about 40 minutes on foot. The well-equipped place is good for business travelers, couples and solo travelers. The supermarket "Kaufland" is a 5-minute walk from the house

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Stay in the romantic garden

Peace and recreation in the rural ambience and Tyni House. Yours is a small but charming room in the trailer. Nestled in the natural reserve, 10 min car distance to Paderborn. Enjoy the large green garden or make excursions to the surrounding lakes. We live with our family outside of PB in a beautiful landscape where you can go jogging, hiking or cycling. We live and love organic, therefore your breakfast is of course also organic!
