Monthly Rentals in Netherhay

We had a wonderful stay - Little Knapp is beautiful, if anything, better in person and had everything we needed and more! The location is very peaceful and we enjoyed waking up to birdsong each morning! There's lots to do within a short drive and some lovely walks from the village too. Already thinking about when we can rerurn! Cheryl's instructions ahead of our arrival were very clear and we found it straight away, as well as lots pf helpful tips for both Little Knapp and the local area :)

This annex is situated on the edge of a small market town in rural Somerset. It was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were most welcoming and the annex looked just like the photos. There was a parking space right outside the entrance which was handy. The place was spotlessly clean and a generous supply of breakfast ingredients, including fresh milk, was supplied. There was a good wi-fi connection.

Peter went out of his way to make sure we knew exactly where to go and what to do when checking in. We appreciated how flexible and accommodating the host was in regards to variable check in times and endeavoured to get the charming pod ready for in time for us, at our convenience. This little hide away is the ideal spot for a short stay with your dog, despite being a stone through from the main house, stables and Blue Barn...it still felt quite private and accommodating for our needs. Thank you for having us!

We spent 3 months at Stable Court Yard in Wayford while we waited for the purchase of our new home to go through. The converted stable was spotlessly clean, very spacious and much bigger than the photos depict. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedroom was big enough to use a pop-up table in to use as a ‘home office’ so I could work in one room and leave the main living/kitchen/dining room free. The bed is super king size and the linen is all top quality, the ensuite bathroom was lovely and having a bath instead of just a shower was a real bonus, that said it has a fantastic shower. Di made us very welcome and was always on hand if needed, never intrusive and a real asset to this business, she made the stay effortless. Wayford is a very quiet rural village with minimal traffic, no pubs or shops but that was never an issue. The views and wildlife around the stables are stunning and very peaceful, a great place to relax and recharge. Overall, a fabulous stay, highly recommended.
