Newly renovated and equipped : Many friends have space here: formerly expanded stable building with 11 rooms, including 8 double rooms and 3 single beds, 4 showertoilets in the hallway. 1 double bedroom has its own shower room. Large kitchen-living room/common room. If another space is needed, e.g. for celebrating/for seminars/for yoga classes, this can also be rented. They are located on the grounds of the Gutshaus Neu Gaarz, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Goods are at a distance of about 12 km.

Surrounded by nature, in perfect tranquility in a secluded location near the lake, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city on our family-friendly farm and simply unwind! There are beautiful, wide views over fields and meadows. The house - also suitable for small seminars - can accommodate 10-11 people and is comfortably furnished, with a fireplace and open kitchen. A large garden offers many possibilities, including barbecues and campfires! 🐕 are very welcome.

Wutike on-demand stop

Your house was built as a freight floor of Wutike station. We have completely renovated the old building and have now also completed the sauna in the old laundry room. This has also created two more sleeping places, so now 9 people can relax. We prefer it if you can arrive by train. When have you ever had your private train home? Several times a day a very charming little train passes by here.
