This stylish place to stay is perfect for a countryside vacation. If you love to be in the woods in a few minutes and warm up by the fireplace after long walks, you've come to the right place! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

A parking space is easy to find in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The storage of bicycles is possible after consultation.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The basement apartment is located in a detached house. Approx. 3 minutes to the A45, but still very good and quiet location. Separate entrance (staircase). Apartment is about 45 square meters, a large bathroom with tub, one bedroom. The living room is combined with a kitchenette. Netto market is a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation should be booked for at least two nights, as the cleaning effort is very high; thank you very much.
