In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, peace and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an additional fee).

Cozy apartment in the countryside

Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.
