Op dezelfde verdieping vind je een aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een badkamer met douche en toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoendrogers. Er is ook een wasruimte en een sauna, waar in overleg gebruik van gemaakt kan worden. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.
