The "Altbau"-style apartment is in the charming Rixdorf neighbourhood of Neukölln, perfectly located between two lovely and small squares, with very little car traffic and lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes just around the corner. It's 55 square meters (2 rooms, kitchen, bath), quietly located in the rear building with zero street noise. The bedroom leads to a small inner courtyard. All public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus) is conveniently reached within 5-7 minutes by foot.

Situated in Neukölln, it is very close to a vibrant bar scene and via the S Bahn nothing in Berlin is further than 30 min. Rate includes 7,5% city tax. If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :).
