Tinyhaus Kirsch

On the Schacherbauer farm with Overlooking the orchard are our four tiny houses overlooking the orchard. They are minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished with shower, toilet, large double bed, ample storage space and a beautiful terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used for an extra charge. On the farm, there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open Friday afternoon. The adjacent forest invites you to take a walk.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Modern room in a new single-family home

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.

Our rooms are located on the ground floor. It has been newly renovated and is brightly decorated. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a small desk. There is also space for a travel cot, which must be requested when booking. The existing bathroom has also been fully modernised. For small appetites and the next morning, there is a fully equipped kitchen. (fridge, coffee machine, oven, induction hob)

The centrally located property is located in the immediate vicinity of Kapellplatz. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by lift. On a living space of 35 m², there are two double beds and a sofa bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a toilet. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine.

For breakfast you can get the breakfast eggs freshly laid directly from the chicken coop.
