Dreamy gem in Neusiedl am See

Close to the city center, minutes from the beach resorts of Neusiedl & Weiden (5 min by car, 30 min walk) - this dreamy apartment is a good starting point for many excursion destinations in northern Burgenland. The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Welcome to Strohlehm'zhaus, where the combination of wood, clay, and straw not only creates extraordinary architecture but also offers an eco-friendly and cozy atmosphere. Unique designer apartment located in Spa Residenz Neusiedl with direct access to private SPA area consisting of indoor pool, relax rooms, several saunas and outdoor pool, which are free to access. Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden on Lake Neusiedl. The beach is about 1 km away and easily accessible by car or bike. Bike rental is close by. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, sup (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 car car cars. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with children.

Apartment in family house with nice garden

Apartment is in a family house with garden in a small Austrian village close to Slovakian border, 15 km from Bratislava City center (15 minutes by car) and 50 km from Vienna (45 min by car). Located in a beautiful valley of Male Karpaty in Danube region. Cycling and tourist possibilities as well as original local wine cellars. In Kittsee, next village you can visit Chocolate factory and Castle or do the shopping in Parndorf Outlet.

Island of Peace /AVA 3

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Small apartment with a great view

We have extended our spacious roof terrace with a small guest accommodation and completely refurnished it - great lake view!! The guest room on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with toilet is accessible via a private entrance. Very central & within walking distance to the main square, the local infrastructure is easily accessible.
