Das Haus hat einen großen Wohnraum mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa welches weiteren Platz für zwei Schlafplätze liefert. Es befinden sich zwei Badezimmer im Haus welche eine Dusche und eine Badewanne beinhalten.

Unique designer apartment located in Spa Residenz Neusiedl with direct access to private SPA area consisting of indoor pool, relax rooms, several saunas and outdoor pool, which are free to access. Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

The surrounding wine slopes and the nature reserve around Lake Neusiedl invite you to hike, horseback riding and cycling, as well as Lake Neusiedl See for surfing, kiting and sailing and the Parndorf outlet center for shopping. The house has a ground floor and a 1st floor and is excellently equipped. The house with fully equipped kitchen and exit to the secluded garden can accommodate 6 people.

We would like to recommend the Carnuntum wine-growing area to everyone - not only wine connoisseurs are enthusiastic about this wine variety. In addition, the Heurigen in our region with tasty wines and savory dishes invite you. We would also like to briefly mention Lake Neusiedl. Especially the connection of water and nature, we always find very relaxing. The nearby outlet center Parndorf (10 km away) is also very much appreciated by our guests in bad weather.

The large garden with a swimming pool invites to spend unforgettable days in a relaxed atmosphere. Our tastefully furnished house has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a spacious living room with an open fireplace and a large kitchen.
