There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

The terrace is located in the courtyard. There is no garden, but there is a lovely area with the beach right next door. We live on site and are available if needed.

The main entrance to the house is at the back of the house and also serves the outdoor garden furniture. On the ground floor, upon entering, there is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The spiral staircase leading upstairs is on the left. At the top of this one, there is the bedroom, showers and toilets.
