Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in New Orleans

Beautiful place very close to the French Quarter. Great restaurants close walk nearby. Overall great for a big family. The outdoor space is quirky and cool. Refrigerator was broken the first day, but they did replace it as soon as they were notified. Would stay again.

This was a very nice place to stay. It has traditional New Orleans vibes while being updated and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to restaurants and other interesting areas. I loved the plants and my dachshund loving son was excited about the dachshund sheets in the room he chose!

We had a fantastic stay at Abbie's beautifully decorated and cozy home! If you enjoy walking, the location is perfect—within easy reach of the French Quarter, the CBD, and the Garden District, plus lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The house was spotless and super comfortable, with full access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, a quiet bedroom tucked away at the back, and a private bathroom stocked with toiletries. Abbie’s local recommendations for food and drinks were absolutely spot on, and we really appreciated the variety of price points she suggested. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again—loved every minute!

This home was perfect for our group’s Mardi Gras visit! We loved the heated pool, which was a very comfortable temperature even in the chillier evenings. The location was safe and in walking distance to the French Quarter, and just a few minutes’ walk from the St Charles parade route. The hosts were very communicative and provided helpful instructions. I would strongly recommend this house for a visit to New Orleans!

Beautiful home and host! Photos doesn't do this home justice. Not only was the home exceptional but the hospitality was as well. If this is your first time in New Orleans, I would definitely recommend. Very safe neighborhood with close restaurants and stores nearby! Thanks so much for a memorable trip!

My wife and I have been traveling to New Orleans for Jazz Fest for over thirty years and I can say without hesitation that Kate and Robert’s house is our absolute favorite. It’s huge, clean, and beautifully decorated with a ton of character. It’s right by the fabulous Faubourg Marigny area with lots of great music venues and restaurants. There’s a market a block away for any grocery items you might need. And great AC, essential for New Orleans. My only hesitation in posting this rave review is that I don’t want it to be taken next time we visit! Five stars all the way!!

John was a great host. John was friendly. Great communication and customer service. Although the apartment is attached to the primary unit, he wasn't intrusive. My husband and I felt comfortable and safe with plenty of privacy. The place has an at home feel. There were plenty of available parking spaces. We were there for the weekend to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary and attended the Saints and Chicago Bears game. This place is extremely close to the stadium. There's plenty of restaurants close by. You shouldn't go hungry if you decide not to cook. It's close to the interstate and accessible to a lot. We will definitely recommend this place and will stay again. Thanks again for everything.

Me and my group of 13 stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend, and it was amazing! There was enough space for everyone and the AirBnb was a 10 min walk or less to nearby grocery stores & restaurants which was very convenient. You can also walk to the FQ but there were always Ubers ready and available for our convenience. The Syd was very accommodating & answered the 1000 questions that I had leading up to my reservation (quite literally). The outside pool area is accessible to all guests staying at the property, but everyone there also respected everyone's space while in the pool area if that makes sense. There is also a laundry room in the unit for guests usage as well. There are very serious about their quiet hours so you never have to worry about other units partying hard at 1am! This unit is also on the ground floor which was very convenient after going out in the FQ! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again with a large group!

Perfect location for our big family. Lots of great restaurants, close to French quarter and cruise terminal. Thank you for your quick assistance when we had trouble opening one door. We all enjoyed our stay.

Place was clean and as described, Questions were answered quickly and overall a comfortable stay. Things worth noting that are not within the owner’s power: It is in a busy, nightlife area so understandably/expectedly very loud outside with the main bedroom streetside - back bedrooms are quieter. The main door to the building next door slams very loud so if there is a party staying next door going in and out all night, it’ll make for loud night. Otherwise met all our needs, thanks for a great stay.

Loved this spot! So adorable and we couldn’t hear the couple we were staying with at all- so if you’re a light sleeper this is the place for you. The bed was SOOOOOO comfy. Any “issues” with the place that people post about have obviously never been to NOLA or understand that the entire city has sensitive plumbing, flash floods, etc- so this place was top notch. Tons of parking around the neighborhood and it’s safe. Cochon butcher is down the street and the best place in NOLA. Thanks Travis!

The house itself was super clean and had great amenities. Plenty of clean bathroom towels and shower soaps, etc. The house was clean. The bedrooms were a nice size and beds were comfortable. Great blinds/curtains that allow you to sleep in. Had a washer and dryer. The heated pool was really nice. The locked entrance for all 3 units added a layer of safety which was nice.

We had a fantastic stay! The space was incredibly accessible, which made a huge difference for me and my family. The host was very accommodating—when we missed our train, they made it easy for us to extend our stay by another night with no stress at all. The process was smooth and communication was excellent. The location was also perfect. There were plenty of places within walking distance, and when we needed to go farther, calling an Uber was quick and convenient. My entire family loved the experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Accessibility was on point from start to finish—couldn't have asked for better!
