Cozy apartment in historic neighborhood Treme

BradRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I was in NO to work the Super Bowl so I wasn’t looking for an over the top place so this was perfect for me. Had everything I needed and the washer and dryer unit came in clutch. I believe Susy stays above the unit, I asked if they had any band-aids and she dropped some off for me which was really nice. Very quiet and just right outside the busy part of the city. I was traveling to the convention center everyday so it was a very manageable distance by car/Uber. Only recommendation I would have is maybe get light-blocking shades due to two bright lights being on from the neighbors house all night for the duration of the stay. But other than that it was a great spot.

Garden Dist. Loft near Convention Ctr & Fr. Qtr

This is a very nice apartment in the Garden District, about a half hour or so walk to the French Quarter. The area is very quiet and there are some pretty good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Great place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet with plenty of space and amenities

Chic Modern Loft Steps From French Quarter

AngelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We really enjoyed staying at Elizabeth & Brad’s place. It’s in walking distance to many of the attractions and locations that we wanted to visit. The street is a bit noisy and you can hear the hustle & bustle of the city outside (cars and streetcar going by, loud music at times) and you can hear everyone walking around and talking right outside the condo, as it’s right next to the elevator, so that’s something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, but we didn’t mind the noise. Everything was as described and we had a great time.

Magnolia Loft- Minutes to Quarter, Steps to Tulane

SachaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I loved this place so much, such a beautiful, peaceful stay! First off, the goodies bag I was met with when walking in was so very thoughtful, adorable and chock full of New Orleans classics! (Community Coffee, Zapp's, etc) Place was extremely clean, stylish, comfortable, had a cozy bed, excellent shower, & was just an all around relaxing environment. I felt at home. The patio feels like a little treehouse, I worked on my Lundi Gras costume out there and really loved the atmosphere and little birds tweeting. It's in a safe, residential neighborhood, but only a quick 10 minute walk to a really nice grocery store and a Walgreens. I was in between stays with friends/family that live in busier parts of town, which I always enjoy a lot too (I visit quite frequently) - but I honestly didn't want to leave the loft! If you want some calm, and don't mind a quick drive to the action (parades, Quarter, Garden, what have you) then this place is the one. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
