This space is the entire lower level of our home. You will have your own private entrance (though a storage area) living room with TV and bathroom. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs separating the two levels. There is a queen size latex mattress bed in the blue room and a full size bed with memory foam topper in smaller room. Optional folding mattress for the floor available upon request. You will have a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The grand room is a small, single room with private bath and shower. The room shares walls with other units in the house, but with a private entrance. We provide a coffee maker, 2 burner stove top, microwave and small refrigerator too. No pets, vaping or smoking please!
