Monthly Rentals in Newark and Sherwood District

Great location close to the river, only two minutes walk from friends and restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet at night too. The place was immaculately clean, really well equipped and had a comfortable bed. We would definitely return if we come back to Newark which is a lovely town.

It was my son’s first stay alone on a course at an air bnb Emma was kind and welcoming but gave him the space he needed to study. He loved the fact it was secure and safe. He also commented he would love to line in a place like Emma’s new clean tidy, thanks you.

Cedar Place is a beautiful, welcoming home. It’s well equipped and comfortable in every respect- I was personally delighted to find a quality duvet protecter on my duvet, a touch I’ve seldom seen. The five of us made good use of the huge teapot during our stay. Becky provided clear instructions and excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. We would give Cedar Place 6plus stars if we could.

Had everything we needed and a great use of the space . Nice warm and cosy. We enjoyed the homemade flapjacks and great to be able to make a cup of tea with milk and orange juice in the fridge on our arrival. We arrived a little early but Kate allowed us to drop bags off early. Highly recommend
