Our prime downtown location is steps from beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, live music, and shopping on Bearskin Neck. Features full kitchen and bathroom with new applicances and fixtures. Living room has a loveseat, swivel chair, dining table, coffee table, roku TV, games, puzzles & books. Kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and Keurig.

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.

It's steps to the beach and the reservation. It's private, cozy and clean a great little apartment for relaxing by the sea or touring the area. It's also a quick trip to Maine, New Hampshire and Boston. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to chirping birds. Located next to the Blue Inn. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.
