“You will not want to miss the chance to stay at the open air cabin! Easy to get to multiple hiking areas, good food, quaint towns...and quiet! Everything surpassed our expectations and was perfect. Even though the nights were in the low-mid 40s, the cabin was very comfortable and cozy. The view is gorgeous. Melissa really goes out of the way to think of everything and has an eye for detail. We would definitely return again! Thanks Tanglebloom Family!”
Come stay in our sparkling clean, renovated log cabin in the woods with beautiful views of river, mountains and stars. Located by the charming village of Williamsville and close to historic Newfane village, only 12 miles from Mount Snow for skiing and snowboarding, right on the Rock River with refreshingly cool and clear water all summer long. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or quality times with dear friends.
“This house is beyond expectations! The listing looks pretty great but trust me, it doesn't do it justice. The house itself is extremely attractive and comfortable, and it's amazing how they've managed to tuck away anything you might possibly need despite the clean, minimalist style. Our 3-year-old was right at home with a rail on the twin bed, a collection of costumes and children's toys/books, and puzzles. Everything feels brand new, which is remarkable because the house seems to have plenty of visitors. But beyond the house, the location is just breathtaking. The views from both floors of the house over Rock River, which you can easily walk all the way down to while staying on the property. The fire pit is awesome, as is the glamping tent in the yard which we will have to come back in the summertime to take advantage of. Lasse has been very responsive, even stopping by the house to check on us after dark when the power unexpectedly went out (tree on the power line down the road). We could have stayed for months, it's just the perfect place to chill out and enjoy nature.”
Cozy cabin newly renovated tucked away on the banks of Rock River. Easy access to Mount Snow, Green Mountain National Forest, hiking trails, swimming holes and ponds, and walking distance to the nationally acclaimed Williamsville Eatery. Twenty minutes from Brattleboro where you will find unique shops, art galleries, first-class dining, music, locally brew'd beer and so much more.
“Kassie's place is spotless and the sound of the river is intoxicating. This is the first place we have stayed since the corona virus hit the U.S. and everything felt safe and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook our dinners there no problem. It is a studio, but the different areas make it feel spacious. Very comfortable bed!”
