This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! This little gem has its own outdoor dock and is located right on the Fox Island trail! Because it is right on the water we have a propane Cinderella incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. These colourful stages are a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax by the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy a beverage on the dock!

A bright, open space, our cottage has all of the necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable. 15 minutes from nearby Twillingate and Iceberg Alley, you are sure to see whales and icebergs in May and June while enjoying warm Newfoundland hospitality throughout the year. 5 minutes from Pikes Arm Lookout and other beautiful hikes. This unique place with unique style has an awesome view of the Long Range Mountains. The loft has private entrance and a deck to enjoy the sunset. This suite is cozy and contains everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Including a queen size bed, 42” flat screen Roku smart tv, free wifi, AC, all appliances for kitchen. No additional cost to accommodate children. Should no availability for the loft check our bungalow. This is smoke free and strictly pet free suite due to allergies.
