Monthly Rentals in Newmarket

Janette' s place is great for visiting Auckland. Although we only stayed there for a couple of nights, I would definitely recommend it for longer stays: the kitchen is very well equipped, it is spacious and the bed was super comfortable. It is very close to Newmarket and we walked to CBD, but if that is not your thing, the inner link stop and train stop are very close. Janette was super flexible with the arrival hour and even let us check out late, we really appreciate that :). Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here and it was perfect again. The bus downtown runs right by the apartment making it easy to get anywhere you need to. The neighborhood was walkable and had several restaurants, as well as a market. Cannelle is very responsive and everything is well organized.

We had a wonderful stay at John’s home. He met us on arrival, showed us the home and answered any questions we had. The location was fantastic with two great shopping areas within walking distance, everything you needed. The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and lovely and peaceful. John made himself available should we have questions. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone traveling to New Zealand.
