Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

Pretty Old House

You have the whole place to yourself! Enjoy cooking, laundry, games, or late nights. Our home is the place to stay in your travels. On a quiet back street but only a mile from I-95, and the Moosehead ATV trail (and Rt. 7). Within walking distance of the library, a park, a flower shop, a barber, two repair shops, and a gas station. It has two nice bedrooms (upstairs), an office with a hide-a-bed couch (downstairs), and a large room that sleeps 2-3 between a queen bed and a single bed (upstairs)

Newer Cottage on Lake Sebasticook. Close to I95 and centrally located with access to main snowmobile trails. Shiplap throughout the cottage with rustic beams and custom touches to impress. Custom countertops with stainless appliances for a high end experience. Master bedroom has a queen foam mattress, bunk room has two twin foam mattresses. Overhead loft has a King foam mattress topper on the floor. The living area sofa has a pullout full mattress. Sleeps 8 total. New Heat/AC pump for comfort.
