The flat was refurbished this year to a high standard with ensuite double bedroom, hallway, kitchen lounge area and private entrance. New all electric controllable heating. A cosy and spacious annex in great location minutes walk to fistral beach. Contemporary furnishings with luxury touches throughout. A fully equipped kitchen and luxe en-suite bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout making the space warm and inviting to return to after a surf! The open plan lounge which includes the kitchen has an ‘A’ frame roof with Veluxes, a 49 inch TV and bifold doors leading to a decking area. The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with 100% cotton bedding.

Little Fistral is nestled at the end of a victorian terrace with uninterrupted views across Newquay Golf Course to Fistral, the Headland Hotel and the infamous big wave break the Cribbar. The apartment is light and airy with wooden floorboards throughout and is furnished in a simple seaside style. Fistral Beach is just 400m from the property and Newquay Harbour, Sainsbury's supermarket, the town centre, the cinema, mini golf and loads of restaurants and bars are all within 10 minutes walk.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

My place is close to beautiful Fistral Beach. A minute walk you have access to South Fistral steps. All rooms have stunning sea view. Apartment is luxuriously furnished and equipped, with on site parking. Individually decorated in bright and fresh blues and greens, apt offers open plan living spaces with fully equipped and contemporary kitchen with balcony. Rooms have super king size beds, bed can also be split into twin beds in 2nd bedroom. It's perfect space for beach holiday!
