It’s slap bang between Fistral and the Town beaches, Sainsburys is close by, and it avoids the noise of pubs and clubs. Our cottage has been lovingly restored. There is an open planned layout throughout for light and space and small courtyards to the front and rear. Perfect for couples wanting to holiday in Newquay! We always want to achieve a 5* rating!

Little Barn by the Beach, Porth, Newquay, Sleeps 4

Little Barn is a beautiful one bedroom barn, down a leafy lane and at the bottom of our garden. We are a short stroll to Porth Beach and within walking distance of several other beaches. A wonderful warm, cosy & comfortable space. The ideal place for a break at any time of the year. Wake up to bird song, take an early morning stroll down the beach, a leisurely walk along the coastal path or simply unwind with a cup of coffee in our beautiful garden or at one of the local cafes.

Large living room space (8m /24ft long) with dining area and sofas facing straight out to Whipsiderry bay. 1 double with ensuite and 1 twin with a main bathroom. Watch the sun set over the sea from the balcony or relaxed on the sofa. Superfast broadband. Ideal for a family holiday or couples, plenty of space and 5 min walk to Porth Beach. Ground floor room with own entrance super close to Fistral and Towan Beach and the town center with local bars and restaurants. Fistral Suite is a large room with 4 Poster bed, fireplace and stain glass windows making for a lovely stay in Newquay. It has its own private entrance, small toilet and shower room and parking right outside. Please see floor plan for layout. You also have a fridge, kettle and TV with Netflix’s, making your stay that little bit easier.

Porth, Newquay Compact loft balcony great views

Quiet residential area, and beautiful views. Within a 10 minute walk is the local beach, an olde worlde pub with food and ten pin bowling; Indian restaurant (byow)/ Chinese takeaway and a Co-op store. Newquay and Watergate Bay are around 30 minutes away along the coastal paths; while a little further are Newquay Zoo,and skateboard park, indoor fun pool, and boating lake/gardens and cafes. Towels and linen supplied. Beach towels and body boards on request.
