The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Newquay's town centre with its array of bars, restaurants and stunning surf beaches are all within easy walking distance. The award winning Lusty Glaze beach (Sunday Times 2017 Best Beach) is less than a 10 minute walk away. We consider our annexe ideally suited to quiet couples.

Duchy lodge annex has its own private entrance to the front of the property just 3 minutes walk to Tolcarn beach and 5 minutes to shops, bars and restaurants but still being in a quiet area of newquay. Two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles, modern spacious shower room and open plan lounge kitchen diner all on ground level. Parking for one car and plenty of off street parking outside the property .
