The Hideaway is a light, modern, one bedroom detached property situated on the edge of the sleepy village of St Newlyn East...yet only 3 miles from the A30 & our local beach, & only 5 miles to the lively bustle of Newquay. The downstairs is open plan. Above is a mezzanine bedroom with a seating area providing wonderful views. The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

The Garden Retreat is a lovely, recently created space providing guests with their own private garden and seating, a comfy bedroom, including sofa area and ensuite with a large shower. We are in a fantastic location close to great amenities and a 5-10 min walk from 3 stunning beaches. It is part of our home, has it's own entrance and is separate to the main house. We will share a garden path and you may well see us out and about but we will leave you relaxed and peaceful to enjoy your own space

Lovely Mobile Home Privately owned, sleeps 4 people on Trenance Holiday Park. Trenance is located in the heart of Newquay set within the Tranquil Gardens and Boating Lake. There are 2 Bedrooms one double and the second with two single beds. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Kitchen comes Fully Equip, Cooker, Fridge with Freezer compartment and Microwave. Lounge has a table with plenty of seating and a modern electric Fire. Lawned outside with picnic bench and free Parking space.

The Snug

Built brand new for 2019, The Snug is a cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet just 50 yards from the cliff tops. It’s a stones throw from Porth beach and the entrance to the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist alike gather with their cameras to capture that perfect sunset. Or borrow our Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Snug itself is set into the rising hillside giving it the cosy and private feel its name suggests. The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.
