Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Newton County

Had the best time. The home is huge, five of us stayed very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans ect if you want to cook during your stay. The shining star was the back porch. We could all sit and enjoy the evenings together. We gathered one night around the fire pit as well! I got locked out (my own fault) and the hosts immediately responded to get me inside. It was a wonderful trip. Highly, highly recommend.

I just want to say that everything was outstanding Deborah herself was outstanding we enjoyed our stay. It was pleasant and it felt just like home and I would recommend her to anyone as well as when I come back into Atlanta I will definitely make sure to give her dates ahead of time cause I will be returning

I was on a father-daughter trip, and she is a super fan of TVD. This was a memorable trip, and Cindal's place couldn't have been more of a cherry on top. The rental had unique Vampire Diaries decor and touches throughout the home. Everything was super clean and easy to access, and the Golf Carts made it super easy, convenient, and, of course, fun to get around the area. I recommend this listing. Even if you are not there for TVD, it is a charming town. Recommend 5 STARS!

Travis and Lindsey were wonderful hosts and ensured we had everything we needed. They even went as far as to check in on us when we got a tornado warning for the county. The house was perfect for our girls trip. I would most definitely stay here again! Well worth it!!

The home was beautiful and clean and private and the amenities were so awesome. We had an awesome time with the peacefulness's ,laughing and the driveway was accessible for everyone’s vehicle. It was close to shopping areas food areas. I just love the entire experience, my friends and I give this home an excellent place to be if you need you need to rejuvenate and reset your. We had an awesome time.

The place was beautiful.Tierra very quick with a refrigerator situation. Brought a new refrigerator within hours. Very helpful and very quick at response responses. this place is a must have on your vacation. everything was clean the house is beautiful and so peaceful. I will definitely visit again in the near future if it’s still available.

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding and it was a great experience. Super clean and very organized. Jaime and Neil were great hosts!

I loved this place! It was a nice little walk from the Airbnb to the center of Covington (15-20 minutes walk). The community is AMAZING so cute and peaceful. Everyone there is super friendly! The only “issue” I had was when I tried to work from home there. If you are planning on doing this, I suggest bringing your own hotspot because the wifi here can only support one streaming device at a time in order to not have buffering. I know that is not a necessity so that’s why it’s still 5 stars because this place is great!! But I did want to add that in case anyone else was wanting to work off the WiFi while you are there. :) This place is fantastic! I will 100% stay here again if this place is available the next time I go to Covington!

Perfect spot for me and my dog. Comfortable and clean, quiet while still a short walk from Decatur attractions. Fenced patio was a particularly nice amenity. Would happily stay here again!

I sent a booking request while looking for a place very last minute, my reservation was accepted within about 5 minutes!! Any questions I had from the moment we arrived were answered in a timely manner, which were few because the listing instructions and descriptions were so thorough. The unit was beautifully decorated and cozy, we immediately felt at home when we walked through the door. The pricing was extremely fair for the quality of the unit and access to a very nice gym & pool area. This is a great rental with an excellent host!

Richard’s place was just what we needed for our stay. Great location to get in and out of downtown Atlanta. 5 minutes from Downtown Decatur with excellent restaurants (highly recommend The Brick Store Pub and Deer & Dove). Private, quiet and clean. Staying at the artist’s home was quite a unique experience having an art gallery throughout the home. Also, when arriving back after our day we had fresh oranges in bag at the front door greeting us back. Thanks Richard! Will definitely be on our shortlist for future Atlanta visits.

David’s place is, hands down, the most cute and cozy Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s absolutely perfect for two people and feels so private—we had our own separate entrance and never heard a peep from anyone else on the property. While the privacy was a pro, I just could not get over the interior. Everything was so thoughtfully organized and tailored to the space, and you have everything you need for a weekend stay. It’s adorable and clean and made me rethink how I’ve designed my own home. We rented a car, so metro access wasn’t an issue. The neighborhood feels super walkable and is close to a bus stop if you’re interested in public transit options, but I personally think the car was essential.

Our stay with Eric was fabulous. We attended the Sweetwater 420 Fest at Pullman Yards which was a short, less than a mile walk to the festival from Eric’s place. Eric was incredibly hospitable. Last minute, we decided to bring our dog which turned out to be the best as she got along great with Eric’s dog in the agreed upon “morning meet-ups” where the dogs played in the spacious backyard. Despite the AirBnB being directly beneath his personal home, the place still felt like our own private space; my favorite spot was the backyard courtyard where we enjoyed our morning breakfasts. Great weekend and would highly recommend!

Mark I must say it was great. I only had one problem it was the front door. I was scared someone was going to be looking in evertime I walked past it. Other than that it was great. Thank you.

Corey was very responsive and helpful. When we asked a question he responded quickly. The house was great for us to use while working in the area. The location is exactly what we needed (close to the interstate) We stayed around 3 months and had no issues.

Shawn is the sweetest host ever. Very responsive in emails. if you don't respond, he will call you to make sure you're enjoying your stay LOL I will be recommending "Shawn Place" to anyone who needs an Airbnb in that location THANKS SHAWN

We had a wonderful stay at Mecca’s place, very clear instructions and great communication. The place was sooo clean and spacious. Our stay was short but I would stay here again especially when we have a longer stay. Location was great, it seemed like we were never to far from any major destination. Thanks for making our trip great Mecca.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
