You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. Only a 2 minute walk to the seafront with great bars, cafés and restaurants, and 10 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches. We live here part-time, so this is very much our family home. It’s best suited to families or friends looking for a relaxed, peaceful stay. Guests are very welcome to enjoy themselves, but the house isn’t suitable for parties or late-night gatherings.
