please was overall very nice and the host was incredibly nice and responsive. very impressive response rate and speed, and he went above and beyond, helped us organize tours, and offered flexible check in/out. The pool was very nice and the rooms/bathrooms were modern and well maintained. Very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay. main complaints/feedbay is: (1) there are lots of construction going on and it's very noisy during the day. hanging out by the pool was a bit unpleasant because of that. but this might be a problem for any Airbnb in the area (2) kitchen didn't have clean sponges/rags (we had to go out and buy some).

Beautiful home, cleanest place we have stayed so far and spacious! Location wise, you’re about 5-10min grab from city centre which is great. It is located in a developing area so there isn’t much around and a there’s a bit of garbage lying around the streets. Other than that, it is worth every penny and would definitely recommend.

Right in the middle of the main tourist area, by far my favourite stay out of all the places in da nang I have been the host is also very friendly and the wifi is perfect for working online.

Great location. Theirs a WinMart next door, and the Bach Cafe is the beat for coffee. Get a punch card! Tuan is super responsive and very nice. Great place for a couple that both need workspaces.

I extend my stay here cause I felt really comfortable in that place. The flat is spacious, super clean and have all amenities and everything what I needed for a longer stay. Especially when you need to work - dedicated space, comfortable chair and fast Wi-Fi. Hosts are super friendly, always responsible and helpful with all my questions. Whole stay was a great experience in Da Nang! I really reccomend :)

We really enjoyed our month-long stay at Nhi’s place in the Mi An district of Da Nang. The studio was spacious (though listed as a 1-bedroom), and the kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils to comfortably prepare simple meals. The addition of a dishwasher made things even more convenient for a longer stay. Weekly cleaning was a nice touch and helped keep everything fresh. The location was also great — just about a 15-minute walk from the heart of the Mi An area. Nhi was an excellent host: super responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. For example, when we mentioned that the original pan didn’t quite meet our needs, she promptly brought us a brand new one. That kind of care really made a difference. All in all, a very comfortable stay. We’d happily return!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.
