Monthly Rentals in Niangua River

Beautiful view of the lake. We spent the weekend with my son who is stationed near there. Very homey....we would definitely rent there again. My only complaint is that driveway is steep....lol. Other than that everything else was great.

Annmarie’s place was beautiful and felt like home from the moment we walked in. She had given us many helpful tips before our visit, considering the season and the age range in our family, which were incredibly useful. We loved every part of her home. The children especially enjoyed the sandbox and didn’t want to leave it for anything. We also appreciated the little things that were available, like a wine opener and even a screwdriver to put batteries in the kids’ new toys. The space was large and thoughtfully designed. We truly can’t say enough good things about Annmarie’s place.

Ryan's place is very nice and clean. Never heard the neighbors. Beds comfortable. It was close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park which was our reason for visiting the area. Looked like there would be plenty of parking during the busier summer season.

We booked this house for our kids since they travel to the lake pretty often, and it could not have been a better choice! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, and everything went just as expected if not better. This will definitely be one of our most booked spots from now on. We’re already looking at future dates thank you for such a great stay! P.S The wildlife in the area of the home is beautiful!!
