The place is located by the sea. Close to the historic village of Le Suquet. 15 min walk to the famous Palais des Festivals. Absolutely quiet with a garden view. You will be in perfect privacy, the room is isolated Bus station beausite downstairs from the residence served by 3 buses. Fully equipped. Wifi. Air-conditioned. check-in times are for informational purposes. When teleworking, holidays or on weekends, I can see you sooner or later. don't hesitate to ask me.

2 very bright bedrooms on the ground floor in 50 m2 with large bathroom (shower and bath) the first two bedrooms with 1 bed 140 (2 pl) and the second 2 beds 90 (1 pl). You have a kitchen equipped with a sink, with oven, electric hob 2fires, hood, coffee maker malongo pods, a fridge, a microwave, dishes for 3 people. You also have a large terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and superb sea view.
