The house is located in the middle of the air spa town of Bollendorf -10Gehmin. to the outdoor swimming pool, 5 minutes walk to the Luxembourg border. Kayaking departures along the Sauer are only 10 minutes away in Dilliningen/Luxembourg! Echternach as well as Trier, the oldest city in Germany are only 10 or 30 minutes drive away. The cottage ‘Lichtberg 2’ is the smaller of the two neighbouring organic houses (see also ‘Lichtberg 1’). It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation. Large, bright and modern home. My place is close to Cattenom, Luxembourg, and Germany. Great for couples, families (with kids), big groups. On 2 floors, child safety! 4 bedrooms! small quiet village all amenities within 2 min! (bakery, supermarket, gas etc ...) large terrace! BBQ garden table and table room that can accommodate bikes, motorcycles... crib and free stroller on request!
